I'm extremely dissatisfied with Dr. Dzu Tran's service. I've never seen a worse doctor than him. After waiting 2.5 hours, I was treated poorly. He spoke with me for only 5 minutes, got angry and yelled at me, acting as we're ignorant. I will leave this medical group and will never see him again. He will have a bad future when he gets old, as everything he does will come back to him for sure.
on busy days, the place here should work something out for the busy doctors because it wastes patients time. I came on saturday where they don't take appointments, and waited. when i got called in, the doctor didn't even take 4 minutes to assess or ask questions about me. Just told me my issues were prob due to ____(which wasn't true) and just prescribed me a medicine that wasn't specific to my problem at all then left extremely fast. The office is too busy, there is an English barrier, or the staff lacks knowledge of processes and documentation. They scheduled me for a specialist follow-up but have sent me to the wrong doctor and the right doctor, but no paperwork. It caused delayed treatment, as well as time and cost. Very dissatisfied I want to believe in the community and support them. feel sorry for the Vietnamese who rely on medical or don’t speak English. Very bad service. Appointment was made to see the Dr. But had to wait 3 hours. This place treats patients with appointments the same as walk-ins and you have to fill out 3 forms before you can see your Dr. at each visit. I DO NOT recommend this place to any patients. The worst experience I have ever had. 👎👎👎
