I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Tony Tran and the entire staff at Bolsa Medical Group. Even though I didn't have an appointment, the staff kindly helped me see the doctor quickly. I was in severe pain with swelling in my neck, shoulder, and arm, and Dr. Tony Tran was very caring, thorough, and professional. I was a patient here for my whole childhood, and can say their services are unorganized, slow, and unprofessional. Let's go over each of those. Unorganized: With outdated computers and sorting methods, i've repeatedly seen workers lose files and have had my medical records temporarily lost. It is clear through the massive board of sticky notes and pinned papers that their operations are cluttered and inefficient at best.
