I had a wonderful experience with them! Their customer service was quick, friendly, and very helpful. I had flowers delivered to my mother, and they even took a photo of the arrangement the day before delivery and texted it to me, which was such a thoughtful touch and gave me peace of mind. Most importantly, my mother absolutely loved the flowers!
working with Bolsa Florist was incredible. it was easy to place the order, and they texted me letting me know they didn’t have some of the stems i had wanted, but then proceeded to add more at no additional cost and then sent a video of the arrangement which was just stunning! i would 10/10 recommend!!
This flower shop went above and beyond my expectations. They created a stunning high-end custom arrangement and had it delivered within 2 hours of having the order placed. I highly recommend them.
We live out of town and needed to find a local flower shop to deliver a funeral spray. A friend recommend this florist. Scarlet responded very quickly and was knowledgeable with all of our questions. There was a mix up with the date and she instantly remedy the issue by making a new arrangement so that the flowers will be fresh for the funeral. She went above and beyond with customer service including pictures since we won’t be able to see the funeral spray in person. We would highly recommend this florist shop!
Wonderful customer service! Stunning flower arrangements! Beyond thrilled with the bouquet and lei I purchased. Thank you!
