I love the team at Bolls! They always make me feel like I matter as a customer. Prompt service and exceptional expertise. Not to mention great transparent pricing.
Been dealing with Bolls for at least 5 years and it hurts to say they let me down this time. Paid a diagnostic fee, sent techs out several times to only try to upsell me on an item that would’ve cost $800+. Contacted another company and they fixed my wires that no one else could see, NOT even management. I’m disappointed as I purchased my air conditioning unit from this company. Guess it’s time to take my business elsewhere. They did at least give me the service fee back.
Rick and Pete were very professional. They explained my new system and were done when they said they would be. Very pleasant guys.
I called this company hoping for some help, but they answered and asked me to stop calling as they thought I was spam caller and asked me to stop calling. Once I explained I was a new customer and called because of their good reviews, the office proceed to put me on hold and did not come back. Quite rude and disappointing - but I'm sure they are good at prioritising new customers.
