Just had a very bad service experience. I called my bread order in Sunday morning, as Bollo's wants people to do. I ordered one loaf of gluten free sandwich bread for Tuesday, because they bake it Tues. And Sat. only. I'd ordered in the past and gotten my bread. But today, after walking all the way there, nobody had checked the orders, and my bread did not get baked. It was written down, and posted, so the young woman on Sunday had done her part. It is true that we only bake the gluten free sandwich bread for Sat. but the person who took your order should have known that, someone should have tried to contact you or made you some other kind of bread for Tues.
