We’ve done business with the nursery on Oak Avenue for many years. Very nice older gentleman! He really knew how to run a business. This one on Allen road is the worst!When we get there with the tree. Maria tells us the tree didn’t get enough water,that’s why it’s dyeing. We called Susie to see what she would do for us and she said nothing!She goes on to say,the tree was overwatered. Both ladies are just assuming! Great experience today at Bolles, we picked up several beautiful flowers. Armando was very helpful in answering my questions and getting us loaded up. Steve, the owner was also extremely helpful and made sure we were taken care of while we were there. We've been here many times and will gladly come back again in the future.
I bought 2 expensive camellias ($72.00 for both). They were carefully planted on the north side of my house where other camellias were already established, but unfortunately died a couple months after purchase. I contacted them and asked if I could return the camellias for refund or exchange. When I asked what their policy was on refunds/exchanges, I was told "it depends on what u bought ". Great place, great staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I have done business with them for years. Only wish they were closer to the east side.
Went to pick out a few succulents and I was really satisfied.They had a huge selections from tiny to big.I'll definetly be returning when I start my yard landscaping project.
