I’ve been going to BVC for several years, and have seen several of their Doctors. Recently I’ve been seeing Dr. Walker who is very patient and listens to my concerns & frustrations as I adjust the is wonderful aging process of bifocals! The Cafe always has sometime yummy too!!

I have asked for a copy of my eye glass script to be faxed to me 5 times. Am always told it will be done and is NEVER done.

Everyone was nice for moms surgery and the coffee was great
Dr. King always seemed very rushed and I felt like I was an inconvenience to him. He rescheduled me to come back in for an appointment since my eyes were so dry and he could not get accurate readings. I feel like he didn't even try since he was in such a hurry. I was told I would not be charged for that next appointment. When I went to leave it they try to charge me and I spoke up and said something and the girl went and checked and was told not to charge me.
