Very disorganized staff, it appears the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. To the faulty equipment that was used having some minor laser surgery to ordering frames in to the billing that wasn’t properly filed with my VISION insurance last year and this year as well, I am very unimpressed. Their frame selection sucks & the markup on their frames is absurd!
RecommendedAmazing staff and attention to detail when caring for their patients. And plus a great assortment to choose from in their optical department. I love coming here.

Today was another marathon waiting session. I would highly recommend that this office change its scheduling policy and allow more time between each patient. My time is too valuable to sit in an office for 2hrs for a 10 minute session with the Dr.
On my first initial appointment I was told I only needed one eye done, when I went for the sizing I was told a lot of different things , I needed 2 eyes done or if I only did the one eye I would have one eye good for distance and one eye good for up close , I left the appointment more confused than ever, I went in with great expectations of having the one eye done and left very disappointed. To top it off I wasn’t told I would be charged 400$ for the second appointment as a down payment, then when they confused me like crazy... read more
As always, you get the feeling of belonging here. You know the staff and doctors will take excellent care of your needs whether it be an eye exam and glasses or surgery to take out a nasty cataract. My husband and I are thankful that we have such a resource here in Elkhart.
My husband and I had lasik surgery in March of 2020. It was the BEST thing we could have ever gifted to ourselves. He was excited, I was terrified. Let me tell you the lasik surgery was completely painless. A bit uncomfortable a couple times, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. The joy I’ve received cuddling my kids without glasses getting the way, and how we can swim without taking the extra time to put contacts in, even just waking up and not having to grab glasses, is a change.
