I am so disappointed. Bolete used to be my favorite restaurant and we used to speak very highly of it and tell everyone to go there, but it is really changing. Perhaps they got a little notoriety and it went to their heads? I don't know. I do know that I will not return. Some of the food is really very good, some fair. My wife and I decided to try something new to celebrate my birthday. What a great decision! There is no place in the Valley that pays attention to detail the way that the servers and Chef do at Bolete. Our meal was to die for and the service was remarkable. We'll definetely make this a regular spot for our date night.
