Worst experience I have encountered with a so called Medical Specialist. Was not acquainted with the PhD. for my first visit. On arriving for my second visit to get the results of my sleep over tests an individual that I thought was an orderly, later to find out he was a MD came in to give me the results. He was un professional in his dress, appearance and or language (using profanity) and was very hard to understand. Dr. Bolen and his staff were amazing. After suffering so long with exhaustion, they were able to help me understand what was happening. They took great care to make sure I was comfortable, that I didn't need anything before the sleep study, explained exactly what was going to happen. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I got the results and they explained them and was happy to provide me with a copy of the results for my study. Several of my friends recommended Dr. Bolen and I am so glad we listened!
