I went to have my eyes checked and from the moment I walked in the manager Irene went over everything with me and showed me all the different styles of frames and was extremely helpful!!!! Dr. Bold was by far the most thorough Dr. I have ever been to.....He really helped me understand things I had no idea about!!!! Thank you so much for everyone for all your help!!! Anyone looking for a Dr. and staff that actually care about you then this is the place to go

Dr. Bold went above and beyond in assisting me and making me feel like family. His assistant was nothing short of excellent. Customer Service is his priority. I went in for spectacle and contacts fitting. He gave me options and I was very pleased with how cool he was, he seems to be the chameleon type and knows a thing or 2 about everything so he can relate to you even if you think your the coolest ever
Lately, I've been having excruciating pain in my eyes, so I've decided to get a check up. Upon my arrival, I noticed they had a snellen eye chart outside, so of course I checked my vision before I walked in Dr. Bolds office lol. The staff was very friendly, very helpful and they welcome you with open arms. Dr. Bold is very knowledgable, gentle with your eyes, he gets to the root cause and tells you every complication in detail and makes sure he does everything he can to help. I have been going to Dr. Bold for a year now and I absolutely appreciate the time and dedication he takes to help me when I needed glasses and contacts. He answers all of my questions and also gives me tips on how to take care of my eyes, which a lot of doctors would not do. He also helped my husband in an emergency situation when he got metal in his eye. Thank you again for all your help and will see you next year

Dr Bold is a fantastic optometrist! He owns his practice and isn't part of a large mega corporation, you get that personalized service that you wouldn't receive at some of those other places like Costco.He asks tons of questions to be sure he can properly diagnose you and doesn't treat you like a number. This is definitely a huge plus in this day and age.Contacts might be a little more expensive than at Costco but who could honestly beat Costco and Walmart.
