We were very pleased.
I didn't know what to expect when I walked in but, the staff there were amazing and after meeting Dr. Bold and how helpful he was I would highly recommend him to everyone!!! I have been to many Dr.s and nobody ever treated me the way he did or explained everything to me like he did!!
Amazing... Never had a Dr. take the time that Dr. Bold took...In all my Costco years, I never knew that seeing this good was an option. So appreciative of the TLC ... If you have the opportunity to see Dr. BOLD, it's worth it!
Dr.Bold is the best optometrist I have ever been to! And I've been to quite a few in the 30 years I've needed to. He's incredibly knowledgable and can explain everything in laymans terms. Plus he's just a great guy and never rushes through an appt. I go to his office in Newport Beach and I never feel inferior because I'm on medi-cal. His receptionist (who I learned today is the reigning Ms Orange County) has got to be the sweetest thing around.
