I scheduled a hair appointment for 2:30pm and arrived early. The staff would hardly look at me and refused to speak to me. After waiting 25 minutes I went ahead and left, they did not even bother calling to determine why I was not at my appointment. Overall the experience was very poor and I will not be going back.

I hate to hear this! It being the week of Christmas-I'm sure it was quite busy in there and I know that everyone was doing their best to accomadate everyone that walked in door, called or had questions. I'll find out who your appointment was with and get this cleared up. As you can see from other reviews, this isn't something that happens at our salon...so again..I apologize.
Ask for Renea, she's the best. I've been going there over a year.
Very clean and upscale salon with incredibly talented stylists! They provide very high end level services WITHOUT the high end prices!
