I was excited for my first appointment today. After sitting for 15 minutes, I was finally greeted and told the girl doing my hair was out and I would not be getting a haircut today. A simple phone call would have been nice. Arrangements have been made for my toddler today and now I will have to do it all over again. Very disappointed.

I don't even know what to say. I am so sorry that this happened...this is not typical as we usually take down numbers and would definitely call in an emergency situation. If there is any way we can make it up to you, please let me know! I know you would've been super pleased with your hair...but again..I apologize that this happened and will find out more about the situation.
My daughter had her first visit to Bold yesterday for a trim and color by Renee. Cannot say enough about how pleased we both were! Renee was fabulous!! Highly recommended!!

Shanna is a fabulous stylist! I've followed her all around town and I'm so glad she found her home at Bold! The salon is clean, friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting.

Shanna is the best hair stylist EVER! Oh my goodness! Show her a picture of what you want and she makes it happen! And I adore the products they use-- very hard to find in Tulsa. 100% perfection!
