I recently made a new patient appointment with this doc because I had went to this practice in the past (with a different psychiatrist) and was hopeful to be able to sit and chat with him. I was able to get an appointment with him very quick which was super helpful, but when I sat down to speak with him- his hearing is so poor that he was unable to understand what I was saying when I was explaining my medical history and my medications... he is an older man.
