Love Karen! She was soo HELPFUL and most transparent AND thorough about everything!! I never doubted her about ANYTHING!! Except for the sales manager he's not transparent or much help and will jack up the price here and there. I wouldn't recommend working with him AT ALL! Ask for Karen she's lovely :) She helped me get an Infiniti which I was so stoked about. THANK YOU Karen

Dealer was very abrupt. Was not willing to negotiate. The car was also dirty and the lot was cluttered.

Hi Don, all our prices on our vehicles are already priced very low and accurately for what they are going in the market, you wanted a $2400 discount. We do negotiate as long as it makes sense. Unfortunately, we are not a franchise dealer and don't have that big lot luxurious space.We are an independent small dealership so please keep that in mind when it comes to spacing out our cars on the lot. The vehicle which I went to see did not met my expectations. But i did purchase another vehicle feature on CarGurus. Test drive it and like it. They offer me a great deal which made me purchase the vehicle. I'm happy with my purchase and will purchase again here at Boktor Motors.
