I was given fries so hard I couldn't even bite into them! They tasted like it was sitting all morning , when I called and tried to speak with the store a guy hung up on me when I wasn't finished talking and wouldn't answer after that ! So rude and nasty
Consistent product, bacon isn't overcooked biscuits are on the bigger side. Rarely are things over or under cooked.
Staff at this location are amazing!! I don't live in the Norfolk area anymore but always make an effort to stop by because they are so friendly that they feel like dear friends. ☺️
