Excellent oral health care.
My experience was actually very good...as it usually is in Boise Family Dental. I feel Steve is an excellent dentist and does very good work. That's the primary reason I return- especially for major work such as jaw replacement, sewing my tongue back in , and to see all the pretty , friendly , knowledgeable assistants working for Boise Dental.
I love Boise Family Dental! They are always so nice and they make you feel very comfortable. They also do a very great job at explaining the cost and billing, which I've never experienced at any other office before.
Got me in on time and finish procedure quickly, I appreciate that on a busy day.
No matter how much pain they put me under, I still miss my dentist and all his staff! It's crazy, I know! :)
Best dentists in Boise! So helpful and answer all your questions when you're there! They never try rushing you out and always spend so much time explaining everything in detail for you! I've recommended Boise Family Dental to a lot of friends and family and will continue to do so! So glad to be a patient here!
Happy with everything except the billing process. Any over payment by patient or insurance should be refunded to patient immediately. Do not appreciate holding over payment as a CREDIT.
Dr Crump and his staff are amazing! Sounds crazy, I look forward to my visits! Always a good time no matter a cleaning or root canal lol.
