Me hygienist Jenae was wonderful; extremely gentle and thorough. Dr Harker also great, explaining everything. This office is the first I've been to with a dedicated staff person (Crystal),who review my insurance benefit before any work done to avoid any financial surprises afterwards. Also assisted in what to look for in choosing a new plan. From beginning to end all staff friendly and helpful.
My experience at Family Dental was a most positive one. If I lived in this area I would make this my dental home. Everyone there made us feel comfortable and were eager to help me with my situation. I lost a tooth and of course would liked to have saved it..but I knew fron the x ray and thorough discussion of the issue..it had to be extracted...I appreciated the professionalism of everyone at Family Dental
Office ladies were nice and greeted me by name when I first got there....and I was new!
Everyone was very pleasant and I felt they are very knowledgable and are very up to date with techniques along with equipment.
The crown process is really amazing and to me, accurate. No discomfort, well placed anesthesia. Good job.
I've been a patient at Boise Dental for over 15 years. I've had the same excellent hygienist for most of that time and all 3 doctors who have seen me are efficient, speak clearly and let me know what is going on, and if there is anything for which I need to watch.
