Qualify this review with the context that I haven’t been to Boise Fry Company dent (maybe once or twice), so knowing what to order may have contributed to some of the results. Starting with the service, really good. The server was very patient and explained the options. My order was even delivered to my table (I mention that because this is fast-food adjacent). Compared to other BFC locations, this one struggles on delivering the quality of food you expect from BFC. Really a bummer, since it used to be great. These days the burgers are meh, and the fries are soggy and oily. Not sure what's going on, but they need to step it up.
Food’s fine, but the customer service and business practices are shady.
