I love staying here year after year, the staff is great. Beds are comfy, beautiful inside and out, just wish they would change the shower heads. Too much pressure, it floods almost every time.

Always a great experience at this hotel. Feels very intimate and quiet and is in a beautiful location on the lake in Celebration.
So far so good service was good including valet attendants were polite would do it again .

Terrible service. Valet this morning was a mess. Came out to get my truck in the process of getting the keys the waiter from the restaurant came out and told the kid his paying customers come first. I waited 15 min. I guess my 300.00 a nite does not count. Never again!!! Also bar service closes down at 11:00. However they pack up at 10:45 so plan on stink eye for last call.
