The Bogert Talon removed a stuck oil filter very elegantly. My mower is under a yearly maintenance contract which involves having a technician change the oil 1X/year. I handle most of the other maintenance myself, and I was very disappointed in finding that the oil filter installed by the technician refused to come off.
