I've been seeing Dr. Jima for the last 4-5 years. He is always so positive, friendly and eager to help. He's a joy to see, as is everyone in the office.
As always, the staff is friendly welcoming and courteous. I and my wife are not in for health concerns too often but Jima is always asking either of us how the other is doing. He knows us. He's like talking to a dear family friend rather than a doctor. We have always trusted his judgement because it comes from true care. We couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
The visit was handled professionally and promptly. The customer service rep. , the nurse and the doctor were very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jima for over 10 years! He is patient and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Jima.

Dr Jima is very thorough and informative.
I went in for a problem with my ears. I was seen promptly and out of the office in less than an hour. Dr. Jima was pleasant, listened to my issue, checked my ears to make sure they were not still infected and explained what was going on. He assured me that I would be feeling better in a couple of days. He prescribed OTC drugs and today I am feeling great.
