Had a bad ear ache called the office and was able to go in that day. Was a little uneasy about going in with this coronavirus but I was in pain. The office was very clean, chairs spaced out, etc. so I felt better. We were given mask to put on. Dr. Jima is always so patient and understanding; he talked to me about my fears or concerns about the virus; checked my ears, made sure I was good with all medications. Upon arriving to the doctor's office they had the chairs separate it was four chairs in the waiting area there was two patients and myself made it three we were isolated but within the area I'm waiting area went into the room the doctor came in gloves mask protection great visit I felt safe

Dr. Jima has been my PCP for about 20 years now and I wouldnt think about going anywhere else.I`ve been a a patient since Dr. Harvey opened up his practice.Dr. Jima is very compassionate and cares deeply for his patients.
Dr. Jima is one of a rare breed of doctors who has compassion for his patients. I've been seeing Dr. Jima for about five years. I feel we have a very good doctor and patient relationship. He answers all my questions concerning my health issues. He never rushes to get me out the door. Every Specialist he has referred me to has always been a good experience. He truly cares about the well being of his patients. I always try to make him proud of me by following his health instructions.
Dr Jima has been my pcp for over 15 years. He is honest, caring & considerate. He saved my life by utilizing his medical knowledge & his "patient" knowledge and knowing that what I was describing during my sick visit was Not normal. An ekg was ordered. I was immediately sent to a cardiologist & from there my congestive heart failure was diagnosed. Without Dr. Jimas knowledge and caring I can say, with almost certainty, I would not be alive. I'm not being dramatic I, sadly, am being honest about the severity of my condition.
