We appreciate BOG working hard to resolve our pest problems. All of the technicians have been courteous and pleasant. Rex Schaffer has been here for the last hour and is very patient with my not so helpful puppy.
All the techs and office representatives are so kind and deliver great customer service. They’re so friendly and treat you like family. As far as a pest control company, I had another company for 13 years and always had issues but then I switched to BOG and it was like night and day for customer service AND effectiveness - pest problems fixed! Kyle was her today for service and he is so knowledgeable and kind. Thank you Kyle and everyone else at BOG. You treat me like family and it’s a great feeling.
