Very customer service oriented and responsive. Shout out for technician Milton Christian who took great care in writing a detailed service summary.
BIG gave update before service as to when a technician would be out. our service tech Connor Feeney was exceptional. A detail description of services performed and recommendations were provided after service call. Would recommend BOG to others.
They do an excellent job on getting rid of the voles in my yard.
I have recommended BOG lawn services to my neighbor. Scott C. was great. My only concern is crab grass from the seeing.
Our wasp problem got so bad that the kids couldn't play in the yard and we were using the basement door because there was a nest in the front porch railing. I finally called B.O.G. and they sent Michael out immediately. He took care of the problem on the spot. I cannot overstate how grateful I am for Michael's expertise and service.
Adam was the tech to come to our house. He was courteous and thorough. He patiently explained to us the steps to take care of our problems. I was so worried about my pets and he reassured me they will not be hurt with the treatment provided.
Rex is the best yard spraying tech! Very thorough. I’d like him to do our yard every time. Best ever. Thanks Rex again for providing great customer service!
