They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful appointment a really positive experience. I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. Delaney just canceled my appointment entirely because my insurance PCD was set to a different doctor. I feel like they should have given me the opportunity to update this before just canceling my appointment out of nowhere.
