I can't tell you how much I love Emily and her program she has. I was NEVER a workout kinda girl, really hadn't done any type of exercise since high school 10 years ago. After having my daughter I decided to give it a try, and that's all she wrote! 2 1/2 years later I'm still going 3-4 days a week and LOVE it! Loved it so much she recruited me on to teach some of her classes! You won't regret giving it a try

I love getting up at 5:00 every morning knowing that I'll be surrounded by people with the same intentions and goals as me. No one Is judging you by your size, or stamina. Everyone at different paces but for the same outcome, to be in shape, positive & healthy. Wish I was able to join months/yrs ago.

I am absolutely amazed at how much I have fallen in love with working out. BodyStrong is great for everyone and I love that there is no judgement. Everyone works at their limits. Emily is the sweetest, humble, passionate, and encouraging instructor. It has seriously changed my life and love for myself! Thank you BodyStrong!!

The coach is very encouraging, pushing you to do your best without being intimidating. You do what you can and don't feel self conscious if you are unable to do a particular exercise. She often gives you alternative exercises if you have bad knees or a limitation.
