I HIGHLY recommend a Body Spec scan. The detailed report is very eye opening. I am looking forward to my next scan in a couple of months.
Loved it. Was quick, staff were friendly and the results were interesting and will help me figure out what I want to do next when it comes to eating better and working out. Will try some of their other services soon (just did the Dexa scan).
