RecommendedFriendly, Knowledgeable, and motivating staff... no judgements found here!!! Just a push and a shove in the right direction. It’s a great way to end a hard day; I always feel stronger and better at the end of class or training. Thank you Greg, Brad, Duane, Chelsea, Joan and all the rest (but not rest as in sleep 🛏.. although I do sleep better too, come to think of it...!) Lots of great classes!!
just not what I would of expected ... employee Jenifer LIED to me. dont see myself using BodyPlex if their employees lie.
RecommendedI’ve been around a lot of gym’s and BodyPlex by far has the best staff, equipment, and classes. No matter what your fitness level or goals are this gym feels like family. As the owner of a Chiropractic/Medically Integrated office, BodyPlex is the only gym I trust to send my patients to for additional training, rehab, and fitness.

RecommendedWhere do I begin?! I won’t go into to much detail. My experience at Hamilton Mill has been a refreshing environment. The abundance of genuine interest in your health is very apparent! They actually want you to succeed in your goals. Whether it’s to lose weight, build strength, or just to improve your overall well being! They honestly want you to happy in all aspects. Thank you, Hamilton Mill Bodyplex for being there for me.
RecommendedI love working at Bodyplex Hamilton Mill. There are so many fun and talented instructors and staff members. The members always brighten my day and put a smile on my face. The classes, members, and staff keep me motivated to make this gym a part of my everyday routine. It’s also so nice to have this facility so close to home. (Randomness: check out the butt blasting machine by the small group fitness room!)
