Great gym. Has everything you need. Very nice equipment and locker rooms. Love the cross training area upstairs for sled push, and more cross fit style workout. Would love to see a channel list posted somewhere for the tvs on the cardio equipment. overall I really enjoy my workout at Body Plex Hamilton Mill!

Facility is amazing, instructors are caring and intense, and the management team is wonderful! I have small children and feel 100% comfortable with them in the KidsZone. Teachers are great and my 3, 1, and 3 month old love it! They have a separate area for infants. I am so glad I joined! :)
Really enjoyed my first Zumba class ever! Love the fact that there are private showers and the layout of the gym. Love that the classroom is separated but minus one star due to the classroom being unbearably hot and having no fans or circulation whatsoever.
Took my first class and it was Spin with Greg. What a fun class!!! Hills and lots of sweat! Loved it!
