I came in to see if I could workout with my back issues. Kelly Claxton was super informative and patient as I asked several questions. She was more than willing to go out of her way to help me. When I arrived the following morning Joy walked me to the bike class showed me how to operate the bikes and introduced me to the instructors. The front staff are wonderful. Kelly is the backbone. Thank you ladies

I love my gym! The staff is always kind, amazing and welcoming. If you ever need help, they are ready to take action. Bodyplex is the best! Always thank you to Kelly, Brandy, Jenifer, Whitney, Cleve, Greg, Shaun, Brad and Caleb for being amazing! No other gym like this one!
Friendly staff, good selection of weights & cardio equipment, and the gym and bathrooms/locker rooms stay clean 💯
Never have I ever been so insulted. My daughter informed us that she was put on timeout and when we called to inquire about it, we were told, “How dare you believe a 3 year old.” “You should ask what happened before you make an accusation.” Kelly Claxton is very rude and condescending and even told my husband and I how to parent. When my husband says he wants to speak to the owner she said she will do so with the police present, insinuating volatile behavior. Nice little gym... not a lot of equipment, so it can get really crowded at times. Still a nice clean gym with nice staff!
I just signed up and I am very grateful for Kelly’s help! She provided excellent customer service and has an excellent attitude. I am looking forward to my new gym!
