UPDATE: Per their comment below, they have refunded my startup fee. I appreciate their customer service, but unfortunately, based on my experience I would still not be comfortable receiving treatment here. I have been struggling with fatigue/sleep/etc issues for a couple years now and my PC docs have not had any suggestions or remedies for it. A friend suggested I get hormone testing.
