They'revefficient and fast when big groups of people come in at the same time to use the same machine. Always so clean and the workers are very personable. I love getting my spray tans here!

I visited twice today, it's free tan weekend so I came back after I went home and showered because I was getting a spray tan. Both times I wasn't even greeted and stood there for fifteen minutes. I ended up leaving and not even tanning because the girl was taking so long with the girl before me who wanted a dark in a day, had a coupon, didn't know A, B, or C and couldn't answer any of the questions she was being asked. I GOT SKIN CANCER, A NICKEL SIZED HOLE UNDER MY EYE CONTACTED NUMEROUS TIMES AND EVEN PICTURES, STILL CHARGED AND THEN TO COLLECTIONS, NICE TO SEE THAT YOUR HEALTH MEANS NOTHING, ,,JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! !! CRAPPIE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!
I wish that I would have read these reviews before signing up with this beyond shady organization. When I signed up, I was told that my agreement was for 6 months. I waited out the 6 months and called today to cancel my membership. The customer service rep said the contract was for 10 months and if I wanted out that I had to pay $200. I did pay and am glad to be done. Lying, terrible customer service, and more!!! After seeing all these low ratings, I highly doubt it is rated #1 in Nevada. I love the Sun Angel! It sprays a mist of Vitamin E!
I am giving this 4 stars because I had a bad experience 2x with an employee at the N. BUFFALO location. I think her work ethic and being on the phone with her boyfriend did not help the situation I love the staff at N.Decatur. I believe the issue will be resolved. Body Heat is a great place to tan and the beds are very nice. If my next experience at N. BUFFALO is better, I will give this 5 stars because this is a great company.
Sweaty/gross beds. Slobs behind the counter that treat you like crap!!!! Can't believe the horrible all around quality for a "Big Chain." Floors had crap all over the place, girl on cell phone, not helping the 5 people in the store. And taking her sweet time and telling customers "I only have 2 hands, GIVE ME A SECOND!!" You guys are terrible!!!
