I have been hung up on by the "corporate office" and told my bank has poor customer service due to an error on their end. The amount charged was not approved by me, yet the charge still occurred without an apology from Body-heat. The corporate workers are very rude and "a-matter-of-fact" attitude. I have paid over $100 a month in fees when I do tan and have been given very low customer service. The corp attitude is there are more people to tan, and my measly $100 doesnt mean anything.

Bodyheat has the best tanning salons is Vegas! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Love the FGT beds and spray tan!

Edit: ok, now im freakin livid, i paid my membership fee, plus a $60 bottle of freaking lotion, a week ago the girl told me i was good till April, now i come in & another girl tells me i have to pay my fee again or i cant tan. They changed their dates. Wtf! I just paid a monthly fee for a week! I am sooo upset. & she says sorry cant fix it! Omg! What a joke!
Good luck canceling your membership! Even after almost a year with them, and fulfilling the terms of my contract, they will not honor a cancellation that was requested in October 2014. So frustrating. I no longer live in Las Vegas, so I no longer need their services. Simple as that. No personal customer service. Very anonymous and no cohesiveness with responses from different reps. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
