I definitely won't be using body heat after this summer. I was told to use the "clear" as it is no orange guarantee.... however I am SO FREAKING ORANGE! not to mention I am splotchy all over. Ugh. Not cool bodyheat. Especially because I pay $69 a month, that's not right!
I have used Versa at 4 different Bodyheat locations and I have had problems each time. The color is orange, the spray is splotchy and uneven, and I cannot get anyone to call me back about this. I have sent emails, called the main corporate number over and over and no one ever answers. I am locked into a contract requiring me to pay for a terrible product. Marie at the location on 215& eastern is the best. Her customer service is outstanding by simply remembering her customers names and a few simple facts about them. I purchase tanning lotions only from her simply because she can answer any of my questions and suggest the best product for my needs/wants. She's definitely one of a kind and I hope she never leaves my location.
Worst place ever they charge people without a contract even after the month to month is cancelled. It is no wonder they stay in business with the scam they have going!

The worst ever.Stuff very unprofessional.Customer service ignorant .I would not recommend it to anyone.The prices are a rip off ,there are many other nicer places with a better price and better management .
Was just turned away at the palms location for a spray tan because it was 6:46. The hours are 11-7pm. The girl has the audacity to say to me "sorry it's 6:46 and I do the last tan at 6:45". I'm a regular and pay over 100$ a month for my package. Just called the corporate office and had them cancel my membership. Looking forward to giving my business to another company!
