I have been trying to cancel my account with this company for months!!! They were great before closing for covid ... but since reopening ... no one knows what they’re doing! They say they can’t charge my amex (with no limit and we have nothing on our side declining) and then they charge me a late fee. Stop requiring masks across the board. I have medical conditions and can't wear masks. Initially I was still allowed in, now I am discriminated against because of my conditions. The ADA and governor have said that masks are not required if you have valid medical conditions. It's disgusting that a tanning salon takes it upon themselves to make the mandate more strict than it already is.
Worst customer service ever. I’ll never be going back to a body heat facility. Steer clear if you don’t want to get ripped off.

They are going to rip you off ! Zero customer service ! Beware and don’t sign up for a membership.
Beware!! The employees give false information and the corporate team does not answer emails. I called to speak with someone about it and the customer service rep I spoke with couldn’t even be bothered to apologize and gave me a snotty “have a nice day” without even allowing me to speak. Store clerks tell you the cancellation is 5 business days and apparently the policy states 30 day notice is required. Read what you’re signing and don’t expect any empathy if you do have to call the corporate line. Horrible customer service.
BEWARE. This place refused to let us cancel when we had to move, they took 3 months of charges after that for 2 people even though we never stepped in the building. I emailed corporate and the said too bad, you can’t cancel and you owe us for another 3 months since then. I would absolutely in a million years NEVER give money to this company again. I had to block them through my bank and I’m trying to get the money back through the fraud division of the bank. You people took $300 from my account even though we have never been... read more
