Great place to train. Quiet and never too busy.
Not many racks. Small. Has cool bars outside.
Terrible hours for ladies access to private gym area. Get a staff in from 6am to 12pm at least. Management keeps getting sick. leaving this gym once my membership is over in few weeks! not happy at all.
