Tiny and cramped environment. Even after renovating it hasn't created anymore space. Machines are tightly packed so you don't have room to move. Any more than a dozen people working out at a time and it becomes claustrophobic and then the wait to use the machines. Having the sauna is a bonus. I will say the staff are nice.
