Unfortunately, I didn't actually use the services here, so I can't speak to the quality of the business itself. However, while I was waiting nearby for an order from another local shop, I witnessed behavior that made me feel very uncomfortable. One person repeatedly walked in and out of the business, pacing around the parking lot and approaching different vehicles. Appointments apparently mean nothing....It would have been my first time coming here, but will now be my last. I booked a 60 minute massage, was told it was $60/hr and confirmed over text for 8:00PM. When I arrived (5 minutes prior), a woman came out and told me she is with someone and would be another 20 minutes. She was not super friendly when I asked her, a bit confused, as to why my appointment was confirmed. I have some pain in my neck. After a deep massage session the masseuse managed to loosen my neck up and is pain almost gone. I will go back on a regular basis.
The waxing technique is very professional, clean and painless, and the service is good
