I BIG shout-out to Body Works. Saturday night I came home feeling like a truck hit me..Sunday was not much better. I went to see my friend Justin Williams and he prepped a personal IV bag to hydrate me along with all the B vitamins and electrolytes. What I did not know is I had the flu...thank god I went to see him. I have not been able to keep anything down (including water) Today my fever broke!! I am so glad I went to see him.
