This is week 2 and i absolutely love it here. The atmosphere is so amazing the instructors and owner are so kind ! Cannot say enough great things <3 I will definitely be a long term member !! Not to mention my 1 year old daughter loves it too!! Really really happy and can already feel a difference in me, not just physically but mentally! Thank you guys

Best gym I have ever been to, hands down. It takes a lot to motivate me physically, I actually look forward to my BTF workout.
I started going to BTF with the expectations of getting fit. But what I have received is a community of incredible, encouraging people who care about me and my fitness journey! The classes are high energy and fun, and the instructors personalities match that! If you are unsure of coming or are just starting on your fitness journey, just come and go at your own pace! You will be walked through the classes and will never be left feeling clueless, judged or not good enough❤️

Joined BTF shortly after my daughter got engaged to lose some weight for their big day. Katie's motivation is absolutely incredible- have lost 15 lbs so far!
Addicted for the last 2.5 months. No time to be bored with these classes. Always looking forward to the next class.
I could never stay motivated enough to stick with a workout, but I absolutely love coming here. I look forward to my workouts now and I feel better than ever! And every trainer is amazing!!
