I recently qualified for the Obstacle Course World Championships and in part it is due to the HIIT training at BTF. The work on the treadmill varying speed and incline make for a perfect workout to improve my overall speed and endurance. It is also an encouraging family atmosphere that welcomes people whatever their fitness goals entails.
