My friend and I went in on my birthday to get tragus piercings! Amazing customer service and jewelry selection/ knowledge! I'll never go anywhere else! SO pleased with my piercing, it is exactly what I was looking for! Can't wait for my follow-up appointment!
It's been a while since I've gone. I had a tongue piercing repaired and 2 others done by them. I want more but don't live in Tallahassee anymore. I just feel like I'm cheating on Bink if I go anywhere else. Plus I haven't found a place as sterile and organized as they are.
Absolutely hands down the cleanest, most professional piercing place anywhere around!!! I was so impressed when my Mom and I went to get our piercings. Ashley was awesome and made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be back!!!

I got a delicate piercing about 8 months ago. I was nervous and embarrassed, but Ashley was Amazing!! I was a walk in for a quick consult, but I felt so comfortable with her that I decided to go for it. She took her time and answered my many questions. She made me feel at ease and comfortable and made sure I was okay afterwards. The email follow up a few months later shows that they truly do care. I won't go anywhere else for my piercings and jewelry changes
Long wait times and extremely poor customer service. I was yelled at by a manager in front of clients and embarrassed because I was told something by an employee over the phone but didn't have anything in writing. I was trusting of their word but they couldn't be trusting of mine. That's a cold way of doing business and very poor customer service. Apparently they aren't trust worthy of they are that conspicuous of others.
