Nina is an amazing physical therapist. I came in having been to 3 different physical therapists over 15 years for a knee injury. After tearing my meniscus on top of that and receiving PRP injections I was referred to Body One. Nina helped me to find that I have hyperextension in my joints. Knowing that I have hyperextension allowed me to engage muscles that I have been circumventing and this helped me get rid of pain that I have had for 15 years! Due to multiple joint and spine conditions, I have required two major orthopedic surgeries. Following each, I returned to Body One Physical Therapy for rehab. I received compassionate, professional, patient-centered care both times. The care I received returned me to better than my baseline functional status and the quality of life I was seeking.
