Jess assisted me today when I needed some of my nose jewelry exchanged for a job interview I had that same afternoon. I had needed to replace my current full circular septum ring with a horseshoe ring to hide it, and to take out my nostril. Jess presented an alternate idea of putting in a retainer for my nostril.
