Jess assisted me today when I needed some of my nose jewelry exchanged for a job interview I had that same afternoon. I had needed to replace my current full circular septum ring with a horseshoe ring to hide it, and to take out my nostril. Jess presented an alternate idea of putting in a retainer for my nostril. A small glass piece just to keep the hole open which is PERFECT for the meantime. The jewelry is new, clean and sanitary. The work station is also very sanitary and inviting.
