Found this shop close to the hospital where my husband is and I needed retainers for his piercings since he lost his others from off of Amazon. They were super helpful over the phone and when I went in to buy the retainers, I had decided to get my first piercing. Nessa was above amazing when piercing my helix and calmed all my nerves!
