RecommendedI'm so glad I found Body Fitness. I love going there because Abe and all his staff are so welcoming and encouraging. I never feel intimidated in the classes or while working out. Their positive reinforcement keeps me accountable and coming back for more.
Abraham has been very accommodating! We loved the exercise class he led, and he even gave our Bradley CHAARG group a nutrition talk!

I just completed a 4 week Lindyhop class. I loved every minute of it and hated for it to end!!!! The instructors, Abraham and Anna, were so helpful, informative, and fun! I can't wait to take my next class!!!
Learning lindy hop was a blast! It was a great challenge and so much fun. I can't wait to take the next class. Abraham (and Anna) are excellent instructors who can break down the steps and get everyone more comfortable on the dance floor :)
For our wedding, my fiance and I went to Abraham for private dance lessons. Without any dance experience between us Abraham listened to the song we wanted to dance to, and tailored our dance to the song. We were able to wow our guests with our first dance, and it was all thanks to Abraham's great coaching ability.
Always a great workout with lots of one on one incouragement. The trainers are helpful & very knowledgeable.
Abraham was an amazing instructor! Prices were great. My fiance had never danced before and we left after 2 sessions knowing so many new moves! He helped both of us feel comfortable for our wedding day! The space was great to learn. He also helped find someone to cut our music for us. We highly recommend him!
My fiance and I came here for private waltz lessons for our wedding. Our instructor, Abe, has been incredibly helpful, always adding beneficial advice to how we can improve and even helping us with our song selection. He was so accommodating to our schedule. The space we learned in was on a large spacious wood floor, exactly what we needed.
