I trained with Nick for a couple of months, and it was a great experience. It was nice training with someone around my age in college that shared a lot of common interests. He was always enthusiastic about answering my questions regarding health or fitness, and I learned a lot about new exercises and how to maintain a healthy, balanced diet. The other trainers were friendly, and the gym had a very hospitable vibe. I would recommend BodyEliteFit to anyone, no matter their age or fitness level.
I've been going to Frank for a little over a year and the results have been fabulous. Personally I don't enjoy going to the gym but have been working with Frank and have been able to stay motivated and consistent with my workouts. I can't thank him enough and would recommend him for anyone looking to see real progress.
