I continue to marvel at all that Body Elite has done for me. I was told by an orthopedic doctor that I would need shots to my knee and eventually surgery. With Mark Radio's expertise and patience, I have had neither and I am in better shape overall. I highly value how clean the place is. What a great team the trainers are! I also like that, for me, it is never the same workout. The staff is friendly and engaging. A very well worth it investment in my health and well-being, and I am certain it will be for you, as well.
Great place to get some great physical training and Steven is a pro as well as his trainers!!
