5 Stars Highly educated staff that cares about their clients. Very clean!
I have been coming 3 times a week since March, 2019 and can’t say enough about the highly trained staff at BE. Each trainer has a degree in Exercise Science and when you combine all the years of education and experience between the staff, it’s a lot knowledge. I have trained with several trainers here. I am stronger, more balanced and have more stamina. I highly recommend Body Elite and their trainers!

Showed up to train with sciatica issues that kept me awake the night before. (Yard work, heavy lifting) Could not walk longer than 10 minutes on the treadmill. Steve made the decision to “stretch” me.( Always results in otherworldly noises and new 4 letter words on my part) Walked away pain free and did a full workout two days later. These guys know their stuff!
Started my journey last week...wonderful experience so far!
I've been going to Body Elite for almost 2 years now and I am so impressed with my own improvement over that time! All of the trainers are great and able to adjust the day's workout for anyone. I actually enjoy going to the gym!
